Responsibilities:
Directly managing a team of 5-6 recruiters supervising them on all aspects of the recruitment
process.
Performing feasible and sourcing studies to establish attainable near-term resource placement
goals.
Effectively communicating with Hiring Managers & Client Coordinators to understand business
requirements, provide candidate pipeline updates and meet hiring deadlines.
Create, define and execute individual and team project work plans to include production,
candidate quality and time management metrics.
Present and review weekly recruiting reports with upper management and propose recruiting
solutions.
Perform full life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions using the Internet,
networking, cold calling, employee referrals and other creative means to source and hire cleared
and non-cleared professionals.
Functionally co-coordinating with client specific internal HR, On-boarding coordinator (scheduling
for the Drug Test, Back ground Investigation, other referrals checks as requested), Client
coordinator and internal invoice/accounting representatives.
Successfully conceptualize and execute high-impact short/long-term sourcing strategies
combining the most effective elements of high volume and direct recruiting to successfully provide
multiple executive-level candidates within a compressed timeline.
Co-ordinate with end client resource manager / client coordinator to understand their requirement,
need, what skills they are looking for to deliver qualified consultants for open requisitions.
Devise and implement recruiting strategies to increase candidate pipeline, shorten time-to-fill and
meet urgent staffing requests.
Finds / Source the most qualified candidate using Job boards / Portals, (Carrier Builder, Monster,
Ladders and Dice), Online Job postings, advertising, LinkedIn, References etc.
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals
of other qualified consultants.
Train new recruiters on soft skills, corporate culture pronunciation and BU regulation knowledge.
Before presenting consultant profile to client, conduct Initial screening of candidates within team
through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications & professional skills.
Develop drives and manages strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful
placements and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Obtaining accurate feedback from the clients regarding shortlisted, interviewed candidates and all
related activities till joining of the candidate.
2. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with candidates by providing superior
candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely
updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management System)/ MSP, SAP field glass for Cargill/
CVS, VMS Agile Acceleration for Firmenich, handling candidate database in ATS, etc.
Responsible for Full life cycle recruitment process - Reporting to Resource Managers, Sourcing,
screening, resume formatting, candidate submitting on client’s portal.
Work for Pharmacy, Health Care, IT/ Telecom, Networking, Manufacturing /food processing, steel
manufacturing & fabrication clients.
