have adopted the policy of finding a suitable
replacement if an employee selected through us leaves
the organization.*

In case of a junior level employee the time period should not be more
than “Three months” between joining and leaving the organization.
In case of a Middle level employee this time period should not be more
than “Six months”.
In case of a Senior level employee this time period should not be more
than “One year”.

In case of a junior level employee the time period should not be more than “Three months” between joining and leaving the organization. In case of a Middle level employee this time period should not be more than “Six months”. In case of a Senior level employee this time period should not be more than “One year”.
