Summary
Rachael is a strong employee that combines hard work and efficiency to produce strong results. Rachael comes to work
with a purpose each day and her organization, process, and sales ability have consistently taken her to the top of the
leaderboard and also was a driving factor in her promotion to Core Manager. While managing Rachael, she was my team
lead and her communication was consistently framed appropriately with a strong solution. She will make a great manager
for the West team and I’m looking forward to seeing her grow as a leader in this company.
Accomplishments
● Quota Achievement Rachael has only missed quota in one month. She is extremely consistent and her
competitive nature drives her proactive nature in finding deals to close.
● Team Lead she was the first team lead that we had on the sales team and earned this just 4 months into the
position. Her organizational strengths, SFDC process, and leadership helped drive performance at the ground level
for the east team.
● Core Manager being promoted to Core Manager is a result of her accomplishments leading up to this. She
performed at a high level and also showed altitude by discovering gaps in the business like expedited reader
shipments and reengagement initiatives.
Strengths
● My Feedback
○ Problem Solving is extremely persistent and always makes the extra effort in solving and issue,
workaround, or quota gap.
○ Efficiency/process has developed a consistent, efficient, process that has helped her prioritize her work
and close business effectively.
○ Teammate always proactively shares best practices with the team. She is a great teammate and go
beyond the call of duty to equip our team with the tools we need to close effectively.
● Peer Feedback All that being said the most impressive thing to me about Rachael is her ability to focus so heavily
on her personal growth and success here while simultaneously being both extremely approachable and open to
dedicate her time to helping other AE's. From my first day here I never felt uncomfortable asking her a question and
you never have to worry about her being too frazzled or not in the right mood to take some time to help answer a
question. Most of the time she knows the answer but if she doesn't she'll make sure she helps you figure out how to
find it. The way she balances hard work, dedicating time to help teammates, and maintains a positive energy that is
infectious, is truly impressive and inspiring to me. From my experience sitting next to her she has a cool level head
at all times even when the rest of the team doesn't.
