As a Head Resident Assistant, you are leading a group of your peers. The ability to provide support and deliver

No matter what profession you set your sights on, the opportunity to be a Head Resident Assistant will
provide you with skills that transfer and translate; setting you apart and putting you ahead in your career!
Beginning at HRA training, you will be equipped
with the knowledge and tools necessary to take
your leadership to the next level! In addition to the
direct support of your Residence Director, you will
be working with your hall leadership team
throughout the year.
Between collaborating and decision-making with
the RDs and GAs, you will be able to develop and
define your leadership style through various
departmental opportunities.
