SOP – POA or LOA

Process Power of Attorney(POA)/ Letter of Authority(LOA)

Scope: Broadly define guidelines for obtaining / revoking a POA/ LOA for designated
collection team members while representing or defending cases for and against YBL for
collections related cases, before court/forum/tribunal/police station etc.
Steps:

Guidelines:
 Designated members for holding a POA/ LOA will be decided by Collection Head
 Requisition for POA should mandatorily contain full name, functional designation and
location of team members in whose favor POA is required.
