Scope: Broadly defined activities involved in the Collection Process – LEGAL.

2 Retrieval of Loan documents and
Verification: Retrieve loan documents
and verification.
2.1 Mail/CRM to be initiated to OPS for
retrieval of documents.
2.2. OPS will share the documents.
2.3. Legal will check whether complete
set of documents received
2.4. If all the documents are ok, collection
will raise request for FC & SOA with
OPS

3 Loan documents shared with Lawyer:

3.1 Send all the documents to the Lawyer
for filing of the case
3.2 Lawyer will check all the documents
and share court fee details
3.3 If the case belongs for Arbitration, the
lawyer will initiate Arbitration. Cases
belonging to Arbitration refer point 5

filed before DRT refer point 4 onwards
4 Court Fee and IT Certificate: Court Fee
and IT Certificate
4.1 Legal will raise request for court fees
with FINCON Team, Approvals and
receipt of DD for filing case/ Raise
request for IT Certificate
4.2 FINCON will issue Court fee DD post
receipt of Approved Claim form.
4.3 IT Team will check the Statement and
issue IT Certificate
4.4 DD/IT Certificate sent to lawyer for
filing case

5 Filing of case: Get the cases filed through
Lawyers post completion of
documentation.
5.1 The Lawyer will co-ordinate with the
POA holder and get the case filed in
court

favorable orders/closure/settlements for
recovery of dues.
