This document provides instructions on how to open and navigate within Access tables and datasheets. It describes opening a table in datasheet view by double-clicking or right-clicking the table name. It also describes opening a table in design view by right-clicking and selecting design view. 1.4 Opening an Object in Datasheet View 1. Double-click the name of the object that you want to open. (OR) Right Click the Object and Click Open. http://www.skitfy.com 1.5 Opening an Object in Design View 1. Right Click the name of the Object that you want to open and Click Design View. အထက္ကပံုဟာ Table တစ္ခုကို Datasheet View နဲ႕ၾကည့္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Access မွာ data ကို သိမ္းတာဟာ ဒီ table ပါ။ ပံုမွာ ေဒါင္လိုက္ (Column) ကို Field လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ အလ်ားလိုက္ (row) ကိုေတာ့ Record လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, PostalCode, HomePhone ဆိုတဲ့ Field ေတြနဲ႕ ဖြဲ႕စည္းထားတဲ့ row တစ္ခုဟာ န္ထမ္းတစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ record တစ္ခုပါပဲ။ Navigation button
1.7 Navigating in Datasheet View 1. Use the mouse to click in the cell that you want to select. (OR) 2. Use the navigation buttons in the bottom-left corner of the table. (OR) 3. Use the shortcut keys. http://www.skitfy.com Press To Move Tab To the next field in the current record. Enter To the next field. Page Up Up by one screen, selecting a record farther up in the table. Page Down Down by one screen, selecting a record farther down in the table. Right arrow key To the next field in the current record. Left arrow key To the previous field. Down arrow key To the next record. Up arrow key To the previous record. Home To the first field of the current record. End To the last field of the current record. Ctrl+Down arrow To the last record in the current field. Ctrl+Up arrow To the first record in the current field. Ctrl+Home To the first field of the first record. Ctrl+Page Down To the right by one screen, selecting a field farther right in the table. Ctrl+Page Up To the left by one screen, selecting a field farther left in the table. Ctrl+End To the last field of the last record. Shift+Tab To the previous field. 3. Shortcut Keys 1.8 Closing an Object 1. Click the Close button in the top-right corner of the object. 1.6 Switching Between Datasheet and Design View 1. Click the View Button. Datasheet to Design View Design View to Datasheet View Table တစ္ခုရဲ႕ Design View မွာ Field Name ရယ္၊ Data Type ရယ္ Description ရယ္ ေတြ႕ရပါမယ္။ (Description ကို ခဏေမ့ထားပါ။) Field Name: -Space (သံုးလို႕ရေပမဲ့) မသံုးပါနဲ႕။ -တိုတိုပဲေရးပါ။ -ျမင္ရတဲ့ FirstName လို ေရွ႕စာလံုးအၾကီးသံုးပါ။ -လိုအပ္ရင္ Under Score သံုးပါ။ e.g First_Name Data Type: လက္ရွိ table မွာ Text နဲ႕ Memo ၂ မ်ိဳးပဲျမင္ရပါမယ္။ Data Type ရဲ႕ dropdown list ကို ၾကည့္ရင္ -Text, Memo, Number, Date/Time, Currency, AutoNumber, Yes/No,... စသည္ျဖင့္ ေတြ႕ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ေလာေလာဆယ္မွာ -Text -Date/Time -Number -Yes/No ေလးမ်ိဳးကို မွတ္ထားပါ။

  • 1. 1.4 Opening an Object in Datasheet View 1. Double-click the name of the object that you want to open. (OR) Right Click the Object and Click Open. http://www.skitfy.com 1.5 Opening an Object in Design View 1. Right Click the name of the Object that you want to open and Click Design View. အထက္ကပံုဟာ Table တစ္ခုကို Datasheet View နဲ႕ၾကည့္ျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Access မွာ data ကို သိမ္းတာဟာ ဒီ table ပါ။ ပံုမွာ ေဒါင္လိုက္ (Column) ကို Field လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ အလ်ားလိုက္ (row) ကိုေတာ့ Record လို႕ေခၚပါတယ္။ EmployeeID, FirstName, LastName, Address, City, State, PostalCode, HomePhone ဆိုတဲ့ Field ေတြနဲ႕ ဖြဲ႕စည္းထားတဲ့ row တစ္ခုဟာ န္ထမ္းတစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ record တစ္ခုပါပဲ။ Navigation button

Datasheet to Design View Design View to Datasheet View Table တစ္ခုရဲ႕ Design View မွာ Field Name ရယ္၊ Data Type ရယ္ Description ရယ္ ေတြ႕ရပါမယ္။ (Description ကို ခဏေမ့ထားပါ။) Field Name: -Space (သံုးလို႕ရေပမဲ့) မသံုးပါနဲ႕။ -တိုတိုပဲေရးပါ။ -ျမင္ရတဲ့ FirstName လို ေရွ႕စာလံုးအၾကီးသံုးပါ။ -လိုအပ္ရင္ Under Score သံုးပါ။ e.g First_Name Data Type: လက္ရွိ table မွာ Text နဲ႕ Memo ၂ မ်ိဳးပဲျမင္ရပါမယ္။ Data Type ရဲ႕ dropdown list ကို ၾကည့္ရင္ -Text, Memo, Number, Date/Time, Currency, AutoNumber, Yes/No,... စသည္ျဖင့္ ေတြ႕ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ေလာေလာဆယ္မွာ -Text -Date/Time -Number -Yes/No ေလးမ်ိဳးကို မွတ္ထားပါ။
