This document discusses how to establish relationships between tables in an Access database. ဒီေတာ့ Table ေတြ ဘယ္လို Relationship လုပ္မလဲဆိုတာ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။
Table တစ္ခုနဲ႕တစ္ခု Relationship လုပ္ဖို႕ သူတို႕ရဲ႕ PK (Primary Key) ဟာလည္း အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။
Primary Key ဆိုတာ တစ္ခုနဲ႕တစ္ခု တူလို႕မရေအာင္ သတ္မွတ္တာပါ။
ဥပမာ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႕ မွတ္ပံုတင္နံပါတ္ေတြ တူလို႕မရပါဘူး။
ေက်ာင္း၀င္နံပါတ္ေတြ တူလို႕မရပါဘူး။ ၀န္ထမ္း ID တူလို႕မရပါဘူး။
ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ေတြ တူလို႕မရပါဘူး။
ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Duplicate ျဖစ္လို႕မရတဲ့ Primary Key ကို သိေလာက္ပါျပီ။
Exercise
1. Create a Table with name “tblRank”
2. Create Field with name “RankID”, Set its Data Type to “Number”
3. Set RankID as Primary Key.
4. Create Filed with name “RankDesp”

4. Select Tables and click Add.
5. Click Close (Show Table).
