international product that was adopted as the standard for all product lines across the business until
the company closed.
 Assumed managerial responsibility for a disgruntled and disenchanted employee in 2012 and worked
to understand the employee’s personal and professional challenges. Together with the employee we
created a goal development plan and the business saw a shift in the employee’s demeanor and
professional performance. I continued to guide and mentor this employee through the development
plan, recalibrating as necessary, and she met her goal in fall of 2014 by receiving a promotion she

my predecessor and a less than effective software solution. Within 6 months I was able to
effectively track 4,000 participants and their registration information with ease by layering
Microsoft Excel and Access solutions over the pre-existing software, liaising with the experts in the
Technology Department, and creating process documents that allowed for multiple users to utilize
the system.
