Pollution by polymeric materials (Plastics) has a negative effect on
the health .as many y as 2.5 million tons of garbage in Pakistan
primarily consists of plastic bags, pet bottles and food scraps and
around 65% of the total waste including water bottle caps, plastic
bags and packages ended up on the beaches of the country. The
alarming panorama has created the need to find technological
solutions that generate new uses for discarded polymeric materials
or turn them into part of the production process to produce new and
novel materials of high added value, modifying the economy for a
circular and sustainable production model.
INTRODUCTION
A company named Plastic and Plastic known as P&P limited company
was established in 2019. It was formed by the business students of
the commerce institute. The group of 6 fellows came up with the
idea of recycling the plastic and selling it to the manufacturing
companies in the form of raw material. The company is going to
make the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic from recycled
bottles It is an inert material that is widely accepted by health
authorities as a safe plastic which is one of the reasons it is so
commonly used in food and beverages packing .Similar to glass it is
hygienic and generally resistant to attach by bacteria and other
micro organisms.
MARKETING
In terms of marketing we are going to target raw material markets
where from manufacturers buy raw material for their finished goods,
P&P company illumined hires a a person which act as a negotiator
who is liable for your product selling , through advertising and

promoting the product as per the demand of the customers’ needs
for their manufacturing purpose.
In return P&P Company ltd gives him/her a handsome amount of
money in terms of commission as per the contract based which is
settled between the company and the marketing agent
FINANCIAL CONDITION
As the small company, P&P Company ltd has the limited amount of
capital. Which is very challenging in this inflationary scenario but
these (small businesses) have a high essence of development of any
economy of the country and the welfare of the population.
For the start up of the company firstly purchases scrap material for
the recycling purpose in RS 276000 in initial period from which
Company net sales plastic in RS 464000 after deducting expenses the
net income of the company is RS 196000. Company is generating
positive net income and growing sales in an efficient and effective
manner from which we expect these results to continue….

In future
We engage collectors, young and old, female and male, middle-class,
wealthy and less affluent. Our programs are successful in red and
blue states, and we engage people in collecting where they live,
where they go to school, where they work and where they gather for
community and service.
Conclusion
P&P company is recyclying the waste and convert into raw material
for the production of finished goods in the plastic production
companies. It is not only profitable but it also helps us to conserves
resources, energy and water while lowering green house gas
emission. Additionally, it creates a new industrial structure and job.
The company produces the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) type of
plastic which is highly acceptable by the society.
