MOONS’ Industries is one of the largest integrated manufacturers of motion control products within China, using
internationally proven scientific management tools along with the pursuit for professional applied technologies.
MOONS' products range consist from factory automation components, intelligent LED drivers and intelligent
management systems for lighting. Moons has branch offices all around the world and it’s TO is around 200M$.
• Responsible for the Moons’ Industries LED driver start-up business in Europe.
• Defined European product roadmap, short/medium term plans and developed the new product portfolio.
• Defined all technical aspects of the new portfolio and managed the full product lifecycle.
• Made decisions on pricing and managed full P&L for Moons’ European LED Driver start up.
• Promoted the LED driver portfolio to OEM customers, built up a sales network across Europe and interfaced
with the R&D teams in Shanghai, to develop a product range that succeed in Europe and that met customer
requirements and certifications.
• Closed a European distribution agreement with Arrow and other local partnerships in France, Spain and the
Nordics.
• Provided product training for customers and European distributors and provided direct customer support.
• Managed the marketing budget, defined and implemented marketing strategies and plans.
• Defined and implemented the communication plan.

• Developed the in the LED Driver organisation from a European turnover of €0 to €1M at the close of 2013.
