The main activity is to develop business with the channel through visits, training, bid management,

Responsibility for domestic sales of the brand "Conceptronic".. 2L International has been acquired in 2011 by
Digital Data Communications.
The main activity was to develop business and channels through visits, training, bid management, marketing
activities. At the same time I developed the market of large retailers (GDS/GDO), managing the central purchasing of
major chains: Media World, Giant, Coop.
Starting from last spring 2007 I was the responsible of the Italian office open managing all the fiscal
bureaucratic steps.

From 2003 to 2005: Business Unit Manager Italy
Part of the International Product Marketing Team for the following activities:
• Implementation and updating of price-configurator for branches
• Definition and introduction of new products lists
• Product Roadmap
• Control and verification of International forecast
• Study and setting of brochure and flyer
Inside the Italian subsidiary I have defined and implemented sales and marketing strategies on the
Server product line. I have also collaborated with the central Marketing, located in Holland, and I had
autonomy in commercial negotiations with the factory.
From 2000 to 2003: Product Marketing Manager Italy
Part of Marketing structure as Product Marketing Manager with task to develop tools and activities to
support the customers and the sales force.
Responsible for product management activities of all product lines (notebooks, desktops, servers, NAS,
monitor): pre-sales support, presentations for customers, pricing, preparing offers, achievement data sheets
and technical documentation, functionality tests.
In regular contact with the Headquarter, I worked on the choice of new products to be introduced in the Italian
market and I coordinated a team of three people.
I also worked to coordinate the relationship with the public relations agency through which provide
specialized testing products to trade magazines. I have taken care to select the most appropriate
product and provide technical and commercial information.
From 1998 to 2000: Technical Support Manager Italy
Responsibility of the activities related to post-sales technical support: hotline, FAQ, distribution of
technical information, management of on-site warranty, statistical failure analysis, organization and
management of staff dedicated to technical courses. The courses were focused on product
specifications, identifying and fault repair and software problems troubleshooting.
Responsibilities of corporate IT structure and the email system Lotus Notes management.
From 1996 to 1998: Supporto Tecnico HW e SW
The first task was a lab technician, with responsibility for warranty repairs and to prepare the PC and Server.
During this period, I participated in hardware and Microsoft software specialized courses organized by Tulip in
Holland. After having passed successfully, I have dealt with technical support to resellers and end users.
From 1995 to 1996: Hardware Technician for D&B Informatica, specialized PC shop
During this time I have gained a deep knowledge of information technology, with particular attention to the
technological innovations implemented on desktops and servers.
My responsibilities were intended to provide technical support to customers as well as to manage the
installation and configuration of operating systems, perform warranty repairs and assembly of PCs.
From 1993 to 1994: Sales Officier for Teco Service Srl
First work experience in a water purifiers manufacturer company for private use.
