Inside the Italian subsidiary I have defined and implemented sales and marketing strategies on the
Server product line. I have also collaborated with the central Marketing, located in Holland, and I had

Part of Marketing structure as Product Marketing Manager with task to develop tools and activities to
support the customers and the sales force.
Responsible for product management activities of all product lines (notebooks, desktops, servers, NAS,
monitor): pre-sales support, presentations for customers, pricing, preparing offers, achievement data sheets
and technical documentation, functionality tests.
In regular contact with the Headquarter, I worked on the choice of new products to be introduced in the Italian
market and I coordinated a team of three people.

specialized testing products to trade magazines. I have taken care to select the most appropriate

Responsibility of the activities related to post-sales technical support: hotline, FAQ, distribution of
technical information, management of on-site warranty, statistical failure analysis, organization and

specifications, identifying and fault repair and software problems troubleshooting.

During this time I have gained a deep knowledge of information technology, with particular attention to the
technological innovations implemented on desktops and servers.
My responsibilities were intended to provide technical support to customers as well as to manage the
installation and configuration of operating systems, perform warranty repairs and assembly of PCs.
