Suppliers
•	 You have secured an Italian supplier, who will provide you all 6 suits, 	
	 at fixed prices for the first year.
•	 Each order will take 3-5 weeks to deliver, and must be paid 4 weeks

Warehousing Costs
•	Warehousing and distribution is outsourced to a 3rd party.
•	Every 4 weeks you are billed for your usage.
•	Usage is calculated weekly, based on storage bin capacity of 5,000 units.
•	It costs you €5 000 per week for each storage bin, even if you don’t fill it.
•	e.g. You start the game with 13,500 units in stock; each week will cost 			
	 you €15 000.

Fixed Overhead Costs

your customers – not as big as before spring, but better than
you had in winter.
•	 Focus on optimizing your resupply process – try not to run out
