DocuSign makes it easy to set up transactions, eliminating the need for special programing skills.
We make transaction preparation as easy as opening any document in DocuSign which converts it to an electronic form that anyone can simply drag and drop form fields to capture transaction data, set up workflow, approvals, and signatures.
Execution
DocuSign then helps you effortlessly executes the transaction with the click of a button. Executing nearly any kind of transaction is about as difficult as addressing an email and our system automatically does a huge amount of work behind the scenes.
We can provide as much or as little identity management and authentication as you need so you always know who signed with the level of assurance you need.
Requests for binding signatures and data are delivered automatically, with reminders and deep, real-time visibility into transaction status. Our system will even process payments real-time with authorizing signatures.
Documents needing signature are encrypted before and after completion, and even we can’t see them. Only you & your recipients can when they click on the link in the email notifying them that they have a transaction document.
Completion
And even after executing the transaction, our platform isn’t finished working for you, because the 3rd step is all about ensuring your transaction stays complete, has a legally binding audit trail, that the transaction history and details are maintained in our system (almost in escrow) as long as you’d like or your retention policy requires.
