In my class,I chose her perspective in teaching young
children as what I observedchildren are more interestedto learn
things when he/she do it on their own.It is also true that when the
classroom cultivates a warm and comfortable environmentthe
child learnedmore becausethey are focus to what they do. I also
do individualized instructionin my class the fact that they are
young children,and some of them will not listen to the instruction
unless they are told individually.

How do teacherteach science considering your learner?
Science as a subject deals with almost everything in the
environment living and non living thing.
In teaching science the teacher must considerhis/her learner.
The pupils should be able to gain knowledge that they can apply and
use academic knowledge to develop their intellectual abilities. They
must be able to classify,identify, predictand interpret things and they
must develop an open-mindedness,creativity and objectivity. And also,
the attitudes of caring, helpfulness and tolerance.

III. Procedure
A. Preparatory Activities
1. Review
2. Energizer: Head, shoulder, knees and toes (song)
3. Motivation: This is my body(story)
B. Developmental Activities
 (science)the teacher show picture of differentparts of
the body with label and identify its parts.
 (math) let the pupils count how many eyes, ears, hands
and feet do we have.
 (creative thinking) How can we take care every parts of
our body? Why do we need to take care of our body?
 (creative movement) the teacher present a picture of the
body and let the pupils label its parts.
C. Activity
The teacher will group the pupils into four groups and assign
each group one part of the body. Let the group show to the
class the use of the assigned part of the body.
Evaluation
Draw what part of the bodywe use when we do these things.

5. Carry a bag:
Assignment
Draw at least five foods youwill see while going home that’s good

III. Procedure
A. Preparatory Activities

2. Energizer: Igalaw mga mata (song)
3. Motivation: Mata (tula)
B. Developmental Activities
1. Presentation
The teacher will show picture of the eyes.
 We have two eyes.
 We see many things with our eyes.
 What can we see around us?
 Try to close your eyes.
 What do you see?
 Why our eyes do important?
 What do you think will happen if we do not take
care of our eyes?
 How we can take care of our eyes?
C. Activity
The teacher will group the pupils into four groups. Each
group will sing the action song ( Si Dilat, Si Dikit, Si Pikit, Si
Kurap) the teacher have prepared rubric to determine the
winning group.
Evaluation
Write correct if the statement shows propercare of the eyes and
write wrong if it’s not.
1. Watching television near.
2. Eating vegetable like squash.
3. Sleeping early at night.
4. Reading while lying down.
5. Washing face after reading.
Assignment
Draw a picture which shows propercare of the eyes.
Brain based approachin teaching.
Experiments
This activity is interesting to our pupils because they are doing it
on their own and at the same time they learn the fact that pupils learn
bestfrom hand-on experience and projects.In experiment the teacher
need to demonstrate how to do it. As we all know there are child learn
bestthrough demonstration and reading which also be applied in doing
experiments because we need to read the procedure.

PSEd 2 Maria Montessori  encourage the individualized education  encourage the children to explorematerialsfreely  classroom should give emphasis on cultivating a warm and comfortable environmentand on independentand active learning. In my class,I chose her perspective in teaching young children as what I observedchildren are more interestedto learn things when he/she do it on their own.It is also true that when the classroom cultivates a warm and comfortable environmentthe child learnedmore becausethey are focus to what they do. I also do individualized instructionin my class the fact that they are young children,and some of them will not listen to the instruction unless they are told individually.

In teaching science the teacher must considerhis/her learner. The pupils should be able to gain knowledge that they can apply and use academic knowledge to develop their intellectual abilities. They must be able to classify,identify, predictand interpret things and they must develop an open-mindedness,creativity and objectivity. And also, the attitudes of caring, helpfulness and tolerance. Developmental Activities  (science)the teacher show picture of differentparts of the body with label and identify its parts.  (math) let the pupils count how many eyes, ears, hands and feet do we have.  (creative thinking) How can we take care every parts of our body? Why do we need to take care of our body?  (creative movement) the teacher present a picture of the body and let the pupils label its parts. C. Activity The teacher will group the pupils into four groups and assign each group one part of the body. Let the group show to the class the use of the assigned part of the body. Presentation The teacher will show picture of the eyes.  We have two eyes.  We see many things with our eyes.  What can we see around us?  Try to close your eyes.  What do you see?  Why our eyes do important?  What do you think will happen if we do not take care of our eyes?  How we can take care of our eyes? C. Activity The teacher will group the pupils into four groups. Each group will sing the action song ( Si Dilat, Si Dikit, Si Pikit, Si Kurap) the teacher have prepared rubric to determine the winning group. Evaluation Write correct if the statement shows propercare of the eyes and write wrong if it’s not. 1. Watching television near. 2. Eating vegetable like squash. 3. Sleeping early at night. 4. Reading while lying down. 5. Washing face after reading.
  • 6. Assignment Draw a picture which shows propercare of the eyes. Brain based approachin teaching. Experiments This activity is interesting to our pupils because they are doing it on their own and at the same time they learn the fact that pupils learn bestfrom hand-on experience and projects.In experiment the teacher need to demonstrate how to do it. As we all know there are child learn bestthrough demonstration and reading which also be applied in doing experiments because we need to read the procedure.
