1. Can schools take the place of families in the rearing of the children?
Schools can rear children, but they should not entirely replace their families unless
absolutely necessary they must have what we called boundaries. We've always thought of
school as a child's second home, with us, the instructors, and their classmates serving as
their second family. As a result, I believe I could answer yes, schools can assume the role
of families in child upbringing. Schools exist to help children develop intellectually,
physically, emotionally, socially, and in other ways.
2. What sociological reality in the Philippines and in the world demand that schools partner with
the community (Church, mass media, business establishments, etc.) for the education of the
children?
The sociological reality in the Philippines and in the world demand that schools partner with
the community for the education of children are : Collaborative Relationships The school
officials actively participate in community projects . The municipality / city officials are
likewise ready to provide help in improving the physical facilities of the school . During
historic celebrations in both places , participation by each is easily elicited with such positive
and civic - consciousness activities . Organized Associations Schools have organized
Parent - Teacher and Community Associations ( PTA ) with the officers coming from both
their members . Public Safety , Beautification and Cleanliness Peace and order , safety in
public conveyances and compliance with ordinances afford ample protection and
disciplinary measures deserved by all . Values Exhibited Outstanding school personnel as
well as barangay officials are honored . This serves as a motivation for both parties and
their followers to continue with their commendable practice . Instruction Centers and
Materials The community can serve as rich sources of instructional materials . The clean
rivers , town library , factories and other industrial establishment could be learning centers
for the field trips .

Such as child care providers, afterschool programs, resource connectors, mentoring and mental
and physical health providers.
