teachers job is to nurture, teach, and raise children to become

Children carry what they are taught at a young age
throughout the rest of their lives. They will use what they have
learned to influence community. Everyone knows that today’s
youth will become tomorrow’s leaders.
Teachers have the ability to shape leaders of the future in
the best way for community to build positive and inspired
future generations and therefore design society, both on a
local and global scale. In reality, teachers have the most
important job in the world. Those who have an impact on the
children of community have the power to change lives. Not just
for those children themselves, but for the lives of all.

The word “community ” is derived from the
latin communitas meaning the same, which is
turn derived from communis, which means
“common, public, shared by all of may ”.
A community is a group of people living in
the same place or having a particular
characteristic in common such as norms,
religion, values or identity.
It is also a place where individuals work

IMPORTANT?
A school community partnership involves the
connection between schools and community individuals.
1.School and community relationship have significant
impact on the provision of school discipline, academic
achievement of students and overall success of the school.
2.When school and community organization works together
to support learning, everyone benefits. Partnerships can
serve to strengthen, support, and even transform individual
partners, resulting in improved program quality, and better
alignment of goals and curricula.
3.The improvement of the school may also depend from the
collaboration to the community.
4.The assistance coming from the community members
such as manpower services, learning materials, concrete
buildings, educational tools and equipment, time and
effort contributed a lot in the improvement of the school.
