1. Overview
I am an ambitious and accomplished professional with extensive
experience in Information Technology and Customer Support. I’m
currently working in Real Estate in the Residential Segment. I am
looking to get back into a technical role utilizing the skills I have
developed over the years.
I am comfortable and accustomed to working with Fortune 500
Companies in my role as Technical Account Manager (TAM) at HP.
I am now seeking a position offering me new opportunities and fresh
challenges in Information Technology and Customer Service and
Support.
Key support for one of the major cellular provider’s infrastructure that
included Point of Sale, Inventory, and Database Servers running
OpenVMS and eventually HP-UX.
Supported over 2500 of customers Industry Standard Servers running
Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server. This included their high
availability SAN Infrastructure that consisted of EVA and HP XP Storage.
An important part of my role was reporting to the customer on
problem resolution, escalations, and open cases and adherence to
Service Level Agreements (SLA). In addition, provided weekend/after-
hours on-call support.

Below are some of the projects I led or was involved with as a Technical
Account Manager:
Key member of project responsible for insuring that a cell
provider had the capacity to meet the demand for increased
activity in sales.
2. Member of team that oversaw the migration of a Fortune 500
Company from OpenVMS to HP-UX.
Led a project to update Industry Standard Server firmware on
Customers 2500+ Industry Standard Servers, many of which were
running firmware over five years old. This resolved a critical need
as servers were experiencing problems and outages.
