PERSONAL PROFILE
CAREER HISTORY
2. • Consistently completed all projects on schedule and with high quality. As a result, I am consistently
requested by clients to deliver additional projects. One client regularly engaged me in discussions
about issues in their current environment and future infrastructure projects. As a result, I was
engaged at this customer for 2 additional SAP infrastructure refresh projects to support a divestiture
and requested for the implementation of all high availability projects for their SAP infrastructure.
• Engaged on a client project that was part of a multi-year initiative to obtain and grow an HP footprint
in an environment dominated by a competitor. A successful implementation continued a string of
previously successful projects and continued the penetration of HP equipment into the data center.
• Working with a HP SAP consultant, developed a consolidated infrastructure solution using partitioning
and flexible capacity products for a client’s SAP infrastructure. The solution was procured by the
customer during their next hardware refresh, replacing a competitor’s infrastructure.
• Developed my technical skills with all components of HPE SAP HANA appliances (servers, 3Par
storage, HPE networking, TDI, SAP HANA System replication) such that I now mentor many of the
junior consultants. Consistently sent to implementation escalations to resolve customer satisfaction
issues. The successful resolution of these escalations has resulted in clients proceeding with
additional HANA infrastructure investments. Clients consistently request me for their HANA
implementations.
