PROFILE
A strongly motivated and enthusiastic person, who takes pride in my work, looks to do the
job in a professional manner. I believe in attention to detail and good organization and that
accurate record keeping goes a long way to stop problems and provide information going
forward. I have a strong M&E background through my experience in manufacturing which
gives me the ability to understand and discuss technical issues with M&E service providers
and know what is required to ensure systems are maintained correctly. My involvement in
Contract facilities management for the last 10 years have given me good experience I soft
services including cleaning, space planning, contract management and dealing with clients
directly. Overall my employment experience has given me a good understanding of health

Responsible for managing the interior and exterior facilities either directly or indirectly
through subcontractors the maintenance of premises on 3 sites. Plan and manage the
operation and maintenance of utilities supply, air conditioning, lighting, backup generators,
pest control, building fabrics, landscaping, cleaning, security, waste disposal, catering. All
through planned preventative maintenance, repairs, renovation & energy efficiency.
Conduct periodical inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and
practices. Develop/prepare and administer annual operating budget and long range

against budget. Maintain inventories and ensure an adequate supply of materials,

subcontractors/purchase order agreements to provide for quality facility services at a
competitive cost. Manage facility vendors/contractors to ensure contract requirements
are met and delivered to standard and comply with contractual obligations. Ensure all
contractors meet HSE requirements. Manage small refurbishment projects, moves,
changes, relocations, new facility site setups in conjunction with landlords plans and
business unit needs.
