More then Five years in Facilities management and Ten years in Electrical installation experience. I came across
numbers of facilities with different sets of challenges, Facilities management is not just about repairing what is
down but prevents, to look into life cycle, to prolong the system or source for best deal for the organization when
there is a need to replace the whole system when is beyond repair. In all these years I had learned different scope

Job Title : Building Manager and FSM
Job Description/Duties:
 Lead the Facility Management team, Housekeeping ,Linen, Porter and project Management
 Plans, monitors, schedules and implement measures on the planned preventive maintenance
programmed for the hospital. Ensures that the work is done in accordance with schedule and
specification.
 Provide technical support and take charge on matter concerning the parts replacement and repairs,
maintenance and service activities of all mechanical & electrical equipment in the hospital
