within a designated geographical area of responsibility, New Build sites and Diversionary

• Undertake the co-ordination ownership of build activity on allocated New Build
sites ensuring timely completion in accordance with current specification,
processes and procedures.

• To assist the New Development Officer in the delivery of new build homes in
