3. Need of Project
o School website can be used in a huge range of application and environments, from small office,
single people trying to manage their own workload, companies.
o Such as educational institutes, financial institutes, government department for non-profitable
organizations, school etc.
o Website provides the following facilities to students and parents.
o The Administrator and developer are changes to going to admin side and add new teaching and Non-
teaching staff and student side syllabus, time-table, academic calendar, results and admission
process.
o Manage and add staff and students related information.
o Provide E-mail facility for future correspondence.
o Having an up-to-date website, though, isn’t just about appearances. It’s more about communicating
with our students, parents, and surrounding community. our audience uses our website as the go-to
resource for information surrounding your school.
o Website technology changes quickly. So do user preferences. In fact, just in the past few years,
websites have had to become largely responsive to mobile devices because of changes in visitor
behavior. Websites generally only have lifespans of two-to-three years because they have to evolve
with changing visitor preferences and expectations.
o Updating our website doesn’t have to require a substantial investment of time or resources. In fact,
many content management systems allow you to change our website quickly and with little-to-no
technical expertise.
o The new system is purposed for dynamic part of website. In this database will be maintained by the
database management system. This system can easily access data from the database. The
Administrator can easily access and update the data on the website.

Scope :-
o This project is very fast work then old system.
o This project is any person simple access.
o The Administrator and developer are maintained insert, update and delete data.
o More than one people access the school information from the website.
o All students allocated students material information.

school take the admission.
Limitation :-
o Our project is online.
o Our project is a fully control by the Administrator and developer.
o In this website we can give Basic School and Mandal Information and
Teaching , Non-Teaching staff information.

5. Existing System
o It required more process time.
o Project progress report conduct via automatically.
o Data is available for longer time because it store.
o This project data in a very fit with provide the security.
o It have communication gap.
o The existing system is completely static system. There is no database
maintained in the System.
o It is very tough to the data on the school website. When you are updating
your website the Whole Services will be stopped. This is client side coding
that’s why it is very easy to access for others.
o Your data is not secured in simple HTML site. Database is not used so that
it is very tough to maintain the data.

Advantage :-
o Our project is current system most of work are done by based on online.
o Our project is a fully based on computerised online system.

o This website is responsible so user any device is used to show this website.
Disadvantage :-
o When changes to website some of data and other when could not open the website.
o Without internet connection you can not use this website.
o It involves time, finances and other resources to set up effectively(If using the
organization’s own website).
o It may be viewed as impersonal by some potential applicants.
o It may require changes in staffing roles and responsibilities.
o Identity theft.

7. Proposed System
The Proposed System online school website system is the computerization of
the whole system of handling registers due to the wide deficiencies and limited
advantages of old registry system, the computerized system of management
was given Preference. The modern age is the age of computer.
Computer is electronic device, which calculate function of
Arithmetic and logic calculation very quickly and accurately and does the
recitative task very well. The computer are very widely accepted in trade line
as it as many merits such speed ,accuracy secrecy etc. In the proposed system
management need not to keep any type of register, which they use to keep in
old one.
