Many parents and teachers fail to understand the in-depth reason
behind a child’s behavior. It is not the fault of you or the child. The
child fails to express and you fail to read between the silences.
We get so busy and machine types that we face failure to adapt
our coaching techniques as per the situation.
This is not the key responsibility area of a school authority.
Parents and guardians have an equal role to play. This is as per
my visit to some of the top schools in Gurgaon.

Creative approach: Do something different that
your child has never expected from you. I am glad
that The Paras World School takes the initiative of
meeting with parents and transferring skills that
have shown an immense impact of a kid.
Approach through activities: Children love fun
filled activities and if you haven’t spared enough
time for it, you need to groom your child handling
skills. Parents who spend more time with kids tend
to face less challenge to tackle kids.
Outdoor lessons: Taking your kids out in the sun
and making them learn the bits of nature can be of
great use. Children learn more with tangible things
rather than abstract. I am not propagating the
ideologies of the best school in Gurgaon but layman
methodologies that have worked out for me as I
have a child who was extremely shy and had public
fear and now with all the above techniques applied,
he has grown up to be a friendlier young boy with
enough self-esteem.
