This document provides an overview of different sciences including chemistry. It defines science as the study of experiments and observations by scientists to further research and benefit humanity. It describes physics as dealing with different forms of energy, biology as the study of living organisms like plants and animals, and chemistry as studying the composition, properties, and interactions of substances as well as the chemical changes they undergo. It also defines matter as the basic substance that makes up all living and non-living things in nature, which can be found naturally or created by humans.

Basic Chemistry
Science
Is the subject which includes the study of various
experiments performed by a scientist with all
observation recorded and inferences concluded.
A scientist thus paves the path for mankind to intensify
research, accumulate data and put it to use, whereby
mankind benefits from the work, to lead a life which is
simple.

4. Science
Science is thus an accumulation of all observation and
experiments done by a scientist who with intensive
research paves a path for mankind to progress.
Physics
Physics deals with different forms of energy such light,
sound, heat, electricity etc. and the occurrence of physics
changes correlated with the energy changes.
Biology
Biology deals with the study of living organisms. E.g. Plants
[Botany] and animals [Zoology]
Chemistry
Chemistry deals with the study of substances, their
composition and properties, their interaction with other
substances and the chemical changes they undergo.

5. Elementary Concept of Matter- States of
Matter
All living and non-living things in nature are made up
of matter. Thus matter is the basic substances of which
all materials are made up of.
Naturally occurring non-living things are found in
nature e.g. Petrol, wood, coal etc.
Man-Made materials are not naturally occurring and
created by man. E.g. Fabric, ink etc.
