CONCLUSION
Collaborative studies concluded the nodulation governed by
miR172c-AP2-1 complex in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)
which is an important step in biological nitrogen fixation in case of
legumes. But some stochastic process, various additional
transcriptional regulatory pathways are not clear yet. It seems
highly probable that these regulators need to be further empirical
studied for the interpretation of the entire network to understand.
