This strategic report summarizes the research and development targets and accomplishments of Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology for the first quarter of 2023. It reports that 3 research outputs were completed, including an automatic nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium analyzer. Few faculty researchers submitted papers for the first quarter. Three project proposals were also submitted for external funding. Thirteen copyrighted researches were developed, including various image classifiers and student/faculty portal systems. Five memorandums of agreement were also established with partner institutions. The report was prepared by the Director of Research and Development.
