4. MEETINGS
-By SCOPH volunteers
-Online for International, face to face for
national or local if possible
-Project Team will be created
-Plans will be shaped
-Feedbacks will be given
-Routine meetings for general discussion
and evaluation of activities
For evaluation of the progress firstly,
meetings are needed. Secondly, the
trainings and the new ideas and events
will be discussed.

5. GATHERING
-Information by surveys
-By using the Organ Donation Survey
-All of the IFMSA volunteers can do
-Also can be applied in project’s website
-Keystone of the project
-Trainings will be shaped with this
-Also will be publlished in project’s website
Website of project is needed because all the
survey data would be collected in the database
very easily and publication would be done
easily also. www.greenribbon.net may be the
name of the site. All the requirements of the
site will be covered by myself(e.g. creation,
update, financial matters…)

6. ANALYZING
-The information gathered by surveys
-By Statistical methods
-Will be done by the Project Team
-Results will shape the content of the trainings,
fieldwork and communication with the patients
We will know how to start and continue
the action by analysing the gathered
data from suveys. Like which subjects
are the most important and must be
mentioned in fieldwork and
communication, accordingly the content
of trainings.

7. TRAININGS/WORKSHOPS
-For the volunteers who wants to be Organ Donation trainer
-Academical part by competant doctors on transplant
-Peer education by IFMSA Trainers
-Organ Donation Trainers will train the new volunteers on the local level
-Needed because we need to be fully equiped for field work; how to
answer the questions, how to behave the people or patients
-Workshops for planning the future, decide what to do, how to do
-Can be done at the same time with trainings
-After workshop the outcomes booklet can be published to announce
the thoughts and demands of the future doctors on this way
An International TNT is needed for creating
the core trainers and after they can train
new trainers on national and local level. If
the training can be attached to an
international congress it can be more and
more effective. So trainings and workshops
are the one of our first step aims

8. PUBLICATION
-By the website of the project and the other possible ways
like printed or visual media
-To announce what we do
-By the Organ Donation Team
-Outcomes of trainings and workshops can make up a
bulletin
-With the outcomes of fieldwork a paper can be written
Publication is the one of our first
step aims also. Because when we
reach the first step aims then the
second step aims will be applied
more effectively.

9. COLLABORATION WITH SCOME
-To touch on the educational part of the organ donation
-To discuss The state of teaching the subject, Organ Donation
-May be connected with the ethic part of Organ Donation
This subject will expand our
project and give it more and more
effectiveness in scientific pltaform.
So must be discussed in the
meetings.

10. COMMUNICATION WITH THE
TRANSPLANT PATIENTS
-The social part of the project
-Especially important for child patients to give
them morale
-Can be done by little training and expense
-Feedbacks would be taken quickly
The format of Teddy Bear Hospital
can be customized to this part and
can be expanded in the future.

11. FIELDWORK
-The ground purpose of the project
-The best way to reach the people
-The best activity for local level
-Promotion materials must be made for
fieldwork
-Stands, confences, can be held
-Can be joined with blood donation
Fieldwork is the base activity on
local level. Public awareness can
be raised and donations can be
taken easily.
