3. A super computer is a computer with a high level of
performance compared to general purpose computer .
Supercomputer is a computer with great speed and memory.
This kind of computer can do jobs faster than any other
computer of its generation.

4. Super Computers were introduced in the
1960s.
Seymour Cray designed the first
commercially successful super computer.
It was the Control Data Corporation(CDC)
6600, releasd in 1964.
The Cray-I was a supercomputer
designed, manufactured and
marketed by Cray Research.
