• Worked with my team to develop processes which have improved our business operations and identified
the areas of weakness for better action
• Managed projects which have saved our clients millions of dollars by adopting objective models of
operation.
• Helped to establish one business unit by tailoring existing solutions to a target population, this unit has
increased our business turnoverby almost $700,000.
• Helped create a new product and participated actively in it. By adopting our company business ideals, I was
able to deliver a top class assessment centerservice to our clients. In the course of designing the assessment
center I design the group exercises, tailoring them to the client’s business sector/reality and manage the
team to deliver an objective and timely process
