Workplace Organisation is a systematic and rigorous way of developing an efficient and
pleasant working environment.
Using Workplace Organisation will encourage you to improve how you go about day to
day activities. For example, you might:
 Clearly display how you are performing against customer outcomes
 Manage the location and flow of documents in a consistent way
 Organise your physical & virtual work areas so that you can easily find what you
need, when you need it
Your whole team should be involved in deciding how to organise your workplace so it is
right for everyone to help you build a strong team culture.

The aim of Workplace Organisation is to eliminate bottlenecks, waste, frustration and
uncertainty and create a working environment to be proud of – efficient, enjoyable and
stimulating.
