• One of the largest manufacturing clients were looking to create a new Solutions that
can detect faults pro-actively and be in position to fix them before a customer reports it.
• They have lower than industry availability and customer satisfaction scores.

Design thinking is a problem-solving process that prioritizes the needs of the consumer.
It involves observing how people interact with their environments, and using an iterative, hands-on approach to create innovative solutions.

• The goal of Build-Measure-Learn is not to build a final
product to ship or to develop a beta version of a product but
to maximize learning through incremental and iterative
development
