Leadership
Throughout my career I have been privileged to exercise leadership of multi-skilled teams across a range of business functions.
My role has encompassed responsibility for the performance, development and administration of diverse teams, which involved
working under pressure to meet deadlines in rapidly changing and challenging circumstances. My current position is a
supervisory appointment for which I am regularly required to make independent assessments and decisions.
Organisational Skills
Good organisational ability has been essential in all my appointments. I have frequently been required to manage multiple
projects and organise major activities. Specifically, my organisational skills include Managing the allocation of business
resources and authoring plans for coordinating work activities
Communication Skills
As a supervisor with the Australian Defence Force, both my written and spoken communication skills are required to be of a very
high standard. I have developed a high degree of literacy and an ability to communicate in a fluent manner on a wide variety of
topics and issues. In addition, I have extensive experience in writing reports and delivering presentations in many settings. I
have also undertaken training in presentation skills, negotiation skills and listening skills for customer service.
Teamwork & Interpersonal
In all appointments, I have been required to act as both leader and team member. These experiences have deepened my
awareness of group dynamics and methods of dealing with conflict. The ability to work both as a member of a team and
