This peer assessment template provides criteria for students to evaluate a classmate's writing assignment. The template includes spaces for the student's name, the work being assessed, and a rating scale to score the clarity, originality, grammar/spelling, word choice, and image selection of the piece based on good, acceptable, and poor categories. After filling out the rubric, students sign and send the assessed work and completed template to the teacher by email.
