A proactive Industrial Safety Technician with over two years’ experience in hazard identification, training

Problems Identified
• The school did not have an identity platform, and students were not computer usage inclined.
Mode of Solution provided
• Formed a team with fellow corps members, solicited for sponsors, and organized computer training.
Achievements
• 72% of the total number of students that registered for WAEC had credits compared to 25% in the past.
• Constructed a giant modern block identity platform as Community Development Service (cds) Project.
2. Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Limited (April-Nov) 2011
Plant complex, Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria. (Industrial Trainee (IT), HSEQ; Quality Department)
Responsibilities
• Conducted and write HSE monthly report, audit report, walkabout, and inspection.
• Monitored emissions (air) and discharges (water) from process plant using BTEX machine, probing
instrument, air tubes, and laboratory analysis of water.
• Partook in weekly fire drill, and inspection of expiring dates of fire extinguishers.
• Bi-monthly inspection of canteen hygiene using checklist in accordance with standard practice
• Enforcement of cardinal rules, mounting of different safety posters and signs within workplace.
Achievements
• Was amongst members of the team that successfully drive the company’s audit report of ISO 9001:2012
for QMS certification and ISO 14001:2008 for EMS re-certification.
• Certified HEMP LOPA operator.
3. AMEC Contractors West Africa Ltd (Oct-Dec) 2009

2. Responsibilities
• To identify all the types of hazard within workplace and at NETCo.
• To carry out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on AC installation.
• Conducted HAZOPs with other engineers on MIPs project, identifying levels of safety in classified areas
• To train Fire Wardens their roles during an evacuation emergency during alarm.
Achievements
• 4 out of 6 trained Fire Wardens performed exceptionally during a fire drill evacuation and emergency
exercise showing my level of impact during the training.
• Fire Evacuation and Emergency procedure document was prepared, arranged, implemented, and
incorporated into AMEC archive.
