State of Kentucky, DOW, DWM, DEP, and DOG offices and State of West Virginia, DEP, DOW, OOG, and

Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Played a vital role in managing E&S, including coordinating and managing multiple multimillion-dollar
projects, as well as mentoring and managing a top-performing team of American and foreign personnel
within construction and engineering field operations and training key staff per U.S. federal regulations and
Iraqi regulations. Developed environmental policies and procedures manuals on waste, hazardous waste,
and HAZMAT, and instructed expatriates, Third World countrymen, and local Iraqi personnel in the proper
