Petrochemical Company (Kemya) Complex and is a 50/50 joint venture between Saudi Basic Industries
Corporation (SABIC) and Exxon Chemical Arabia Inc., an affiliate of ExxonMobil Chemical Company.
The Al-Jubail Kemya Saudi Elastomers facility will have the capacity to produce up to 400,000 t/y of
synthetic rubber including: Halobutyl, Styrene butadiene,102,000 t/y Polybutadiene, Ethylene propylene
diene monomer (EPDM) rubbers, Thermoplastic specialty polymers, 50,000 t/y Carbon black.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system and
maintain its high level in order to meet the requirements of the client.
 Interface with the client HSE personnel, Engineers, Construction supervisors, Managing Contractor
and Sub-contractors in the field on a regular basis.
 Participate with the client and managing contractor on scheduled on Occupational Health and Safety
management system (OHSAS 18001) and Environmental management system (ISO 14001) audits.
 Work with the management contractor on programs to improve the construction contractor’s
practices with respect to HSE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provides HSE leadership and guidance to Managing contractors and sub-contractors related to safety
issues to implement and maintain its high level of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management
system in order to meet the requirements of the client.
 Monitor and give assignment to my subordinates and giving response to the problem undertaken
during construction operation.
 Interface with the client HSE personnel, Engineers, Construction supervisors, Managing contractor

(SABIC). Construction of HighDensity Poly Ethylene Plant Project was awarded to Daelim but originally awarded
to a Chinese contractor as per request of Saudi Kayan and explained that Daelim couldmeet its demands regarding
construction deadlines and technical features and Daelim obtainedthe project as a special appointment contract. The
plant will have the capacity to produce annual capacity of 400,000 tons of High Density Poly Ethylene. The Saudi
Kayan petrochemical complex is one of the largest in the worldand is locatedin the Jubail Industrial City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensure effective implementation of the project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management
system in order to meet the requirements of the client and maintain reputations of the managing
contractor.
 Interface with the client HSE personnel, Engineers, and Construction Supervisors and Managing
Contractor and Sub – contractors in the field on a regular basis to ensure that the construction operation is
performing as per HSE requirements to anticipate and avoid problems.
 Ensure safety supervision and HSE coordination with sub-contractors on the construction area on a
daily basis with significant site presence and adequate reporting (relevant safety observations shared
with sub-contractors and follow-up).
 Participate and coordinate sub-contractors in Occupational Health and Safety management system
(OHSAS 18001) and Environmental management system (ISO 14001) audits to ensure relevant
personnel, functions and assets are aware of planned audits.

Marafiq IWPP Power Plant & Desalination Project

Construction of Marafiq IWPP Power Plant & Desalination Plant Project is a joint venture between Marafiq, Saudi
Electricity Company (SEC), the PublicInvestment Fund of the Ministry of Finance, and the international Suez
Consortium comprising Suez Energy International of Belgium, Gulf Investment Corporation of Kuwait and ACWA
Power Projects of Saudi Arabia. The primary fuel is natural gas with high-speeddiesel as back-up fuel. The plant is a
dual-purpose facility, with the power plant based on combined-cycle generation process, in which excess heat from
the gas turbine generators is fed into heat recovery steam generators, or HRSGs, to make steam to generate additional
electricity via the steam turbines. This enhances the efficiency of electricity generation to over 60 percent, as opposed
to the usual 50 percent in conventional plants. The entire power output of the plant is supplied to SEC. JWAP,
through Tawreed, supplies 37.5 percent of the daily water production (300,000 cubic meters) to Marafiq for
distribution in Jubail Industrial City. The Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) takes up the other 62.5
percent (500,000 cubic meters) to supply other parts of the Eastern Province. With its 2,745 megawatt power capacity
and desalination output of 800,000 cubic meters per day, the IWPP in Jubail is the world’s largest integratedwater
and power facility.

ethane to supply Equate Olefin-11 Plant and to meet both current and future requirements. The project budget is KD
140 million andawarded to Hyundai Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. under the supervision of Flour Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensure complete application of HSE Management System in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning,
start-up, turn-around shut down in Green fieldand Brown fieldarea.
 Support the management in preparing project safety plans, carrying out of formal training in safety, and toolbox

Construction of Ethyl Benzene Plant of the 9th Olefins Project (Arya Sasol Petrochemical Complex) is integrated in
Pars Petrochemical Complex is under the supervision of Development Department of the National Petrochemical
Company and EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning are Chegalesh andDaelim companies
which we are under them. The plant is expected to start operating with annual production capacity of 645,000 tons
petrochemical andwill be fed by 175,000 tons ethylene from ninth olefin plant of Array Sasol Complex, 40,000 tons of
benzene from the third aromaticplant of Bou Ali Sina Petrochemical Complex, and430,000 tons benzene from the
fourth aromaticplant of Borzouyeh Petrochemical Complex. The plants product will be used as feedstock by
monomer styrene plant of Arya Sasol Petrochemical Complex. When the plant is finished, Irans petrochemical
production will rise by 400,000 tons ethylene, 90,000 tons carbon 3 cuts, 300,000 ton medium and high density
polyethylene, as well as 300,000 tons low density polyethylene per year. The products will be used to make home
appliances, film, utensils, industrial parts, pipes, bags, and cable covering.

Qatargas is the world's largest liquefiednatural gas (LNG) company. The Qatargas offshore production, separation
and treatment facilities on the North Fieldare locatedabout 80 kilometers North-East of Qatar’s mainland. Twenty
production wells have been drilledand completedto supply 1,600 million standardcubic feet (45 million cubic
meters) of raw natural gas per day from the field’s reservoir, underneath the seabed. The processed gas is transferred
to shore with the associatedcondensate via a single 32-inch sub-sea pipeline, where it becomes the feedstock for the
onshore LNG plant. The Onshore LNG plant occupies a site within Ras Laffan Industrial City on a plot of land 3.7
square kilometers in area. The shareholders of the Qatargas1are Qatar Petroleum 65%, ExxonMobil 10%, Total 10%,
Mitsui 7.5% and Marubeni 7.5%. It owns three LNG trains 300 meters long each with original nameplate capacity of
two mtpa each. When the Debottlenecking Project completedwill be result with a total combined capacity of 10
million tonnes (mtpa) per annum of LNG.

Construction of Low Density Polyethylene Plant Project is worth $300 million integrated at Al Jubail Industrial City Complex, Saudi Arabia. The plant will have the capacity to produce 300,000 tonnes per year (tpy) of low density polyethylene, and will be part of Kayan's giant petrochemical complex. Construction of HighDensity Poly Ethylene Plant Project was awarded to Daelim but originally awarded to a Chinese contractor as per request of Saudi Kayan and explained that Daelim couldmeet its demands regarding construction deadlines and technical features and Daelim obtainedthe project as a special appointment contract. The plant will have the capacity to produce annual capacity of 400,000 tons of High Density Poly Ethylene. The Saudi Kayan petrochemical complex is one of the largest in the worldand is locatedin the Jubail Industrial City.   • 5. 5 Marafiq IWPP Power Plant & Desalination Project Jubail Water and Power Company Jubail, Saudi Arabia Construction of Marafiq IWPP Power Plant & Desalination Plant Project is a joint venture between Marafiq, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), the PublicInvestment Fund of the Ministry of Finance, and the international Suez Consortium comprising Suez Energy International of Belgium, Gulf Investment Corporation of Kuwait and ACWA Power Projects of Saudi Arabia. The primary fuel is natural gas with high-speeddiesel as back-up fuel. The plant is a dual-purpose facility, with the power plant based on combined-cycle generation process, in which excess heat from the gas turbine generators is fed into heat recovery steam generators, or HRSGs, to make steam to generate additional electricity via the steam turbines. This enhances the efficiency of electricity generation to over 60 percent, as opposed to the usual 50 percent in conventional plants. The entire power output of the plant is supplied to SEC. JWAP, through Tawreed, supplies 37.5 percent of the daily water production (300,000 cubic meters) to Marafiq for distribution in Jubail Industrial City. The Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) takes up the other 62.5 percent (500,000 cubic meters) to supply other parts of the Eastern Province. With its 2,745 megawatt power capacity and desalination output of 800,000 cubic meters per day, the IWPP in Jubail is the world’s largest integratedwater and power facility. Co., Ltd. / Flour Kuwait Kuwait New Ethane Recovery Plant Project Kuwait National Petroleum Company : KNPC- Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery – Kuwait Construction of Kuwait New Ethane Recovery Plant (Unit 35) Project is integratedthe existing KNPC Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery installedalong with the necessary modifications at Shuaiba Refinery to establish a 1,140cfd capacity ethane to supply Equate Olefin-11 Plant and to meet both current and future requirements. The project budget is KD 140 million andawarded to Hyundai Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. under the supervision of Flour Ltd.

Safety Supervisor July 2005 – March 2006 Jalkeh Eng’g.Co. / Daelim Industrial Company Ltd. 9th Olefins Ethyl Benzene Plant Project Pars Petrochemical Company Assaluyeh Busher, Province Iran Construction of Ethyl Benzene Plant of the 9th Olefins Project (Arya Sasol Petrochemical Complex) is integrated in Pars Petrochemical Complex is under the supervision of Development Department of the National Petrochemical Company and EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning are Chegalesh andDaelim companies which we are under them. The plant is expected to start operating with annual production capacity of 645,000 tons petrochemical andwill be fed by 175,000 tons ethylene from ninth olefin plant of Array Sasol Complex, 40,000 tons of benzene from the third aromaticplant of Bou Ali Sina Petrochemical Complex, and430,000 tons benzene from the fourth aromaticplant of Borzouyeh Petrochemical Complex. The plants product will be used as feedstock by monomer styrene plant of Arya Sasol Petrochemical Complex. When the plant is finished, Irans petrochemical production will rise by 400,000 tons ethylene, 90,000 tons carbon 3 cuts, 300,000 ton medium and high density polyethylene, as well as 300,000 tons low density polyethylene per year. The products will be used to make home appliances, film, utensils, industrial parts, pipes, bags, and cable covering. NC41 Gas Plant Project, Western Libya AGIPP GAS LIBYA BRANCH Mellitah, Libya Construction of NC41 Gas Plant Project is part of Millitah Complex locatedon the Mediterranean coast and treats the raw gas and un-stabilizedcondensate receivedfrom the Wafa desert and Sabratha Platform, 110 km offshore Tripoli, via 36” and 10” subsea pipelines. The process units include three trains gas sweetening, gas dehydration, sulfur recovery, stabilization, LPG fractioning, steam turbine power generation, solid/liquidsulfur storage and loading, three Gas trains of capacity 695 million cf/d, two NGL trains of capacity 31,000b/d and Sulfur handling of 450 tons capacity. The treatedgas is sent to green stream compression station andthen to Italy. The contract was awarded to ABB Lummus, Snamprogetti, HDEC Consortium which we are under them.   • 8. 8 Qatargas is the world's largest liquefiednatural gas (LNG) company. The Qatargas offshore production, separation and treatment facilities on the North Fieldare locatedabout 80 kilometers North-East of Qatar’s mainland. Twenty production wells have been drilledand completedto supply 1,600 million standardcubic feet (45 million cubic meters) of raw natural gas per day from the field’s reservoir, underneath the seabed. The processed gas is transferred to shore with the associatedcondensate via a single 32-inch sub-sea pipeline, where it becomes the feedstock for the onshore LNG plant. The Onshore LNG plant occupies a site within Ras Laffan Industrial City on a plot of land 3.7 square kilometers in area. The shareholders of the Qatargas1are Qatar Petroleum 65%, ExxonMobil 10%, Total 10%, Mitsui 7.5% and Marubeni 7.5%. It owns three LNG trains 300 meters long each with original nameplate capacity of two mtpa each. When the Debottlenecking Project completedwill be result with a total combined capacity of 10 million tonnes (mtpa) per annum of LNG. Duties and Responsibilities:  Ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Management systems of the Client and Management procedures.  Supporting Management in solving all problems related to Health, Safety and Environment.  Ensure safe environmental working conditions for all employees to prevent accident/incidents to maintain project safety target Zero accident and Zero Incident and Injury free.  Coordinate and participate with process plant operation which regards in their emergency alarm and drill schedule and disseminate information to all level of employees on the project site.  Ensure all construction and turn-around shutdowns activities are performed in accordance with HSE procedures.  Organize safety trainings, running safety campaigns and conducting competitions, displaying safety slogans, signs, and posters.  Organize full accident/incident and near miss investigation and finalized with the identification of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.  Ensure that daily work permit system are strictly followed and properly maintained.  Maintain and records emergency safety equipment and firefighting equipment.  Conduct gas monitoring in hazardous area including enclosedspaces before the start of activities.  Set an example to fellow employee by wearing required PPE at all times.
