6100, 8100), SAN switches. The systems are configured and customized for each customer. My
team was involved in ensuring that the systems delivered meet the specifications ordered by
customer.
 Pipeline Management (CRM): Update customer data and product requests in Siebel CRM
 Configure solutions based on customer requests in Watson (HP’s configuration management
tool). Check if there are unbuildable errors (not possible to satisfy customer’s requirements)
and report such issues to sales team.
 Work with front-end teams in different locations world wide to track and resolve issues
through regular calls and chat.
Accomplishments:
 Pro-actively involved in handling the operations of other regions (EMEAC&Q),which
facilitated in the eventual transition of entire operations to the India center.
 Received “HP Best Performance Awards - Q1 & Q2 FY’12 for ensuring zero defect
escape to customers.

Solution Implementation Engineer March 2009 – February 2011
Was deputed by my parent employer to Tata Communications for implementing solutions based
on their customer’s requirements in their cable and wireless business.
 Co-ordinate provisioning of orders received from Clarify CRM(Order Management System
Extension) and ensure the details in appropriate systems and all associated documentation
is recorded and maintained
 Validate input from Order management tool(Clarify CRM) and Customer Request Template
and based on that create an order via SFDC.
 Identify appropriate access method to be used for last mile and Mux to be installed as per
Customer requirement at customer premise & also in Core Network through Cramer6 OSS.
 Provide backend technical support for products and services like Ethernet Wire line, IP VPN
QOS & IP Select products, FMC & APM
 Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard report of team.
 Mentor junior engineers on various processes and tools like Clarify CRM & OMSE, Cramer,
Livelink, Pricing Tools, Mozart & Microsoft office.
