Supervise support team and assisting our Project manager in
implementing different business solution, for different
customers business varieties steels, pharmaceutical, foods,
textile plastic, industries;
Handle customer business implementation training cycle
process; coordinate with programmers department for new
version and service backs updates, also for reports designing
to meet customer needs, handle and follow up customers
claims and needs;
Handle product demonstration as well as all technical
negotiation or network, hardware require for implementation,
handle product installation at customer site, maintain good
business relation with customer.
ERP Implementation:
Managing entire ERP project operations with a view to
achieve business objectives and ensure optimum utilization of
available resources. Administration of ERP’s, like:
User creation, authorization control and system support for

Documenting user requirements and developing specifications
for customization.
