Not responsive of their
responsibilities and
communication
Step 1: To prevent this from happening, always remind each
other of our responsibilities and when it’s due
Step 2: If they become unreliable, confront them in an
understanding manner and remind them to be accountable
Step 3: If they are still resistant, give them a warning
Step 4: Email to Ella if they still don’t do their task
Someone is unwell to do their
work
Step 1: To prevent lateness, always do work ahead of time
and update group on our work through Google Drive.
Step 2: Give time to recover but ask if there’s anything they
can do to assist the group
Step 3: If they are very unwell, have someone to finish the
work or split it between the three of us.
Disagreements throughout
the project
Step 1: Always be open and respectful to each other’s
opinions and ideas
Step 2: If we strongly disagree with one another, make sure
to voice it out but in a polite and professional manner
Step 3: FInd a compromise that we can all agree on
Losing all work e.g videos,
files and documents
Step 1: To prevent this, always back up work regularly and
post onto our shared google drive
Step 2: If it happens, come up with an easier idea that we’ll
have enough to execute
Step 3: Email Ella and ask for advice and consideration if
necessary
Lack of Time Management Step 1: To prevent this, also have a schedule for when to
meet through google calendar
Step 2: Remind each other a day before and keep in touch if

we’re going to be late
Step 3: Warn them to be respectful of our time
Step 4: Find time to video call or discuss matters through the
group chat
Unsatisfied with other
people’s work
Step 1: Progressively show each other’s work in progress so
that the group would have time to critique and change it.
Step 2: The person critiquing should word it in a polite
manner and only provide constructive criticism. The person
receiving the criticismshould be open to hearing the ideas of
other members instead of getting angry.
