 Accurately calculate and process the monthly commissions and bonus payrolls for
sales representatives using Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) application

 Upload payroll information such as commissions and bonus into the OIC payroll
system
 Monitor pay or any adjustments as required for employees on LOA
 Verify data entry of new hires, terminations and various status changes of the
representatives and update the changes into OIC accordingly

compliance, overall balancing and reconciliation
