User Evaluation
-identify key problems
That affect users
(ask students, receive feedback)
Leader Evaluation
•Talk to Principles/ teachers, find out secondary issues that may not
affect users directly but effects environment (i.e. noise level during
class)
Observe
-look at map/layout and observe actual flow of a day
-watch current flow of traffic; how to student arrivals
blend with class schedules and does the location of the
lockers allow high-traffic times not to interfere with in-
session classes
