User and leader evaluations identified problems with locker placement interfering with class schedules and noisy traffic. Observations showed locker locations caused high traffic to disrupt in-session classes. A new locker layout was created based on this feedback, tested against traffic patterns, and presented to students and teachers for input until a satisfactory solution addressing the core problem was reached.
