 Preparing permit applications for water, sewer, septic, and building, for Caviness & Cates and subcontractors.
 Interacting with regulatory officials in multiple local, county and state municipalities
 Follow process from permits thru inspections, to Certificate of Occupancy
 Responsible for paying all applicable fee.
HOA
 Communicating with Architectural Review Boards. Preparing and providing documentation on each home;
plot plans, drawings, planned materials and manufacturers’ list, photos of lots and curbing, landscaping and
drainage design, request for meetings with Project Managers as well as correspondence with the review
committee.
Selections
 Meeting with new homeowners in our showroom, walking them thru the selections process, including brick,
stone, shingles, siding, cabinets, flooring, ceramic tile, carpet, paint colors, etc.
Safety
 Developed and implemented company’s Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Provided Project Managers
with complete notebooks.
 Compiling, journaling and publishing the company’s Safety Handbook
 Provide Project Managers with monthly Tool Box Talks companywide
 Recording and maintaining all OSHA certifications, and scheduling certification classes companywide
 Maintain a database for Job Site Safety inspections and Tool Box Talks to ensure OSHA compliance
 Responsible for all OSHA compliance forms
 Providing Project Managers with First Aid kits, hard hats, fire extinguishers, and other PPE
