Duties include:
Work with attorneys in busy litigation section of international law firm for three
partners and one associate that include preparation of written correspondence,
pleadings, and briefs, filing of same with State, Federal, and Appellate Courts.
Preparation of mediation briefs and exhibits thereto. Preparation of exhibits and
documents for production and/or filings. Preparation of subpoenas for trial, and
for production of documents. Schedule depositions, which include reservation of
court reporters, videographers and conference rooms within firm or off-site.
Ensure all pertinent dates sent to docket re response deadlines, motions, trials,
discovery, and dates of depositions. Calendar on Outlook meetings, conference
calls for attorneys, lunches, and invites. Preparation for trial and mediation, and
on-site trial assistance when needed. Ensure documents filed and stored in
appropriate office networks.
Finalize travel arrangements for attorneys as needed. Finalize registration and
arrangements for attorneys re attendance at conferences. Preparation and
submission of expense reports. Answer telephones, and assist staff as need arises.

Duties included:
• Performed Human Resource duties which included hire and termination
of staff personnel and oversee staff.
