Contract Security Requirements.
• Proficient, but not limited to, managing and maintaining all Contract Documents on various Contracts, provide
oversight of administrative staff to ensure adherence to Contract Administration Policy and Procedures, track
monthly expenditures and initiate authorizations for additional delegations, prepare monthly and annual progress
reports, provide assurance that construction contracts are completed in accordance with Contract Drawings and
Specifications, Client’s Policy and Procedures, coordinate technical and non-technical submittals and requests
for information between Owner, Design Consultants and Contractors, prepare and process PACC’s, estimates,
drawings, sketches and change orders, initiate and oversee all correspondence to and from Contractors, audit
Contractors extra work proposals, daily time and material invoices and monthly invoices, review documentation
and implement contracts closeout procedures.
