As Assistant Manager Supply Chain Management, I am leading the all SCM & WH operations in Karachi of a
single largest furniture manufacturing and most 25th
growing company in Pakistan having Oracle based ERP
environment and good corporate identity domestically and globally. My main duties included:
• Properly maintaining adequate stocks according to Re-Order level to ensure uninterrupted service,
Maintaining proper inventory records, Determining when to re-order ,Determining how much to re-
order, Placing orders properly.
• Arrange Inspecting delivery of new orders, & Ensuring proper storage of inventory.
• Over seeing a verity of logistic functions, which includes warehouse and distribution Operation,
forecasting, planning, logistic systems, customer services and purchasing.
• Providing support to other related department for implementing distribution activities

• Manage distribution representatives for MNP sales against assigned targets
• Managed order fulfillment process from order taking through delivery.
