3. PROGRAM EXECUTION
► Planned and executed over 20 events across at Round Rock Premium Outlets and, in my previous
position, two other unique Austin and Georgetown properties. Based on the needs and interests of
the community, I was personally responsible for creating and implementing a weekly event at
RRPO during the slower months of September and October, and also added two new events to
the holiday schedule (Story Time with Santa and Santa’s Arrival). Additionally, as Assistant
Director of Marketing and Business Development, I increased community involvement at Wolf
Ranch through the creation of a Spring Celebration event and a monthly Wine Walk, which have
both shown an increase in mall traffic on their respective event days.
► Successfully built upon the success of previous year’s events in order to fine tune the aesthetic
presentation of events such as Mon’s Night Out and Breakfast with Santa, which resulted in an
estimated 25% increase in attendance.
► Increased retailer involvement and event sponsorship in order to strengthen relationships with
retailers and community while increasing advertising revenue. To assist key retailers in promoting
product outside theirs store, added two product displays in high traffic Food Court.
► Increased community involvement in events by promoting them at Chamber of Commerce
meetings and to other area businesses. In 2016, I facilitated a major partnership between the Dell
Diamond and Round Rock Premium Outlets, two pillars of the Round Rock community.

4. EVENTS AND OUTREACH
4
► To raise more awareness for RRPO’s Santa Photo program and
to compete with the free Santa located at Bass Pro Shops next
door, I added a Story Time with Santa event during the 2015
season. This drew over 30 families to the center and increased
photo sales by 15% over that day LY.
► As in previous years, RRPO
participated in the Ignite
Women’s Conference, put on
by Seton Family of Hospitals. In
2016, I represented over 10
stores (vs 6 stores in 2015) and
provided 30 looks for their
fashion show (vs 22 in 2015).
Over 200 discount vouchers
handed out during this event
were redeemed at RRPO over
the next two weeks.
5. TENANT PROMOTION
5
► In an effort to further promote key
tenants at Round Rock Premium
Outlets, I created two unique
product displays in our high traffic
Food Court. A mannequin clothing
display is available to tenants for
one month at a time, and our
product display box behind Guest
Services can hold products from
up to 4 tenants at a time. We have
had to cap this time limit on these
displays to one month at a time
due to the display’s popularity.
6. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
6
► Prior to my arrival at Round Rock Premium Outlets, the
center had been trying to secure a partnership with the Dell
Diamond and the Round Rock Express for approximately 3
years to no avail. Just over 6 months into my tenure at
RRPO, though, I was able to
foster an agreement to display
Express signage at our center
in exchange for field signage at
Express home games and was
given 2,000 tickets to sell at a
discounted rate, with all profits
going to Round Rock Premium
Outlets. As a part of this
partnership, the Express was
able to send a brand
ambassador to 3 property
events at RRPO.
7. CORE MARKETING
Retailer Intensification
► Strengthened relationships with key retailers and store managers across four outdoor
shopping centers totaling 1.7 million square feet and participate in supporting retailer
communications at The Domain as well through the use of regular, quarterly newsletters
and more frequent tenant meetings.
► Proactively communicate with PR agency about a variety of topics ranging from in-store
events to an on-going large scale property renovation.
Digital Marketing
► Successful in creatively cross-marketing Digital Marketing initiatives along with grassroots
marketing efforts, which has resulted in a 14% increase in Round Rock Premium Outlet’s
email database growth, respectively, and a 6% increase in Facebook fans since I came in
to this position.
7
8. CORE MARKETING
Financial Management
► Actively manage a combined budget of over $1,000,000 to strategically allocate funds to
multiple accounts while meticulously managing expenses. Was also able to secure a
$50,000 subsidy for The Arboretum in 2015 and a $23,000 subsidy for Round Rock
Premium Outlets in 2016.
► Manage core financial accountabilities such as the quarterly sales analysis report and
creation and input of annual budgets
Simon Giftcard Program
► Provide comprehensive support for Round Rock Premium Outlet’s giftcard program, which
generates over $1.3 million, assisting them in reaching over 100% to their stretch goal in
2015.
