Being as Production Head I am leading the production & maintenance team of the
three fully automated production line from Germany. Apart of day to day shop
floor activities I am responsible for the finalization & procurement of new tools &
equipments related to production, selection of the raw material source &
development of the various new vendors.

technical & quality issues with the INDIAN OEMs /After Market Customer. As most of
the product came from various plants of OSRAM located abroad my job was to visit
both customer & supplier in order to make a proper understanding regarding the technical
& quality needs of the customer in INDIA which includes
 Validation of process & product.

order to establish proper understanding between the local customer & the supplier (what

Indo-Japanese joint venture is one of the pioneers in new generation lighting technology,
