POLLUTION CONTROL
 This unit does not produce any toxic
pollutants.
 Hair oil is a mostly common commodity used
every where.
 The demand of perfume hair oil is visible from
rural area to cosmopolitan cities.
 The ladies used it for both its functional purpose
as well as a beauty care commodity.
 The demand is increasing at par with the
awareness of hair care, advertisement messages
in different media, satellite, TV channels and
enhancement of purchasing power of the
individuals. At the same time Hair oil is having
export worthyness too. The Indian market for
hair care is estimated more than Rs.1000 crores
and perfumed hair oil is an important part of it.
 A specific group of customers to who company aims
its products and services. Our target customers will
be those who are most likely to buy such services on
special events.

 Our target customers will be Male and Female .
Location boundaries:
 Our potential customer is living in the boundaries of
urban areas of Faisalabad. In the future, we may
expand our business according to the situation.
Customer Needs:
 Our product and service will fulfill their needs, value
in the form of their living standard and their
psychological need also.
 Our pricing methodology that we are using
now, is cost plus.
 reasonable prices initially level stage.
 We hope our sale will be increase after this
period and at that time we shall charge
higher prices.

 We will give service in different areas of
Faisalabad and there is fixed price. But the
normal trade price of each Atharwa oil
bottles are RS: 1000
 The profit margin of that product and service
we will enjoy the profit margin of almost 50%
to 55 %.

 We will use market skimming price, because
we are only oil which is combination of
different oils and scent in the market. We
will use an expensive advertisement for the
promotion of our service and product. So we
will earn all our Office expenses,
promotional expensive and other expense .

60% during 1st year
75% in 2nd year
90% in 3rd year and onwards.

Monthly basis.

35% of total capital investment.
 Interest charges :
14% has been calculated on total capital
investment
Considering the opportunity cost of margin
money.

Rs.4.50 per unit.
