Final Year Project:
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AMONG CELLULARNETWORKS.
Mobile Phone Service Providers (MPSP) industry which are providing mobile phone services in
Pakistan namely MOBILINK,TELENOR,UFONE,WARID and ZONG. During our research
 UFONE is on the top with 78 users, ZONG on 2nd
with 34 users, TELENOR on 3rd
with
31 users, WARID with 29 users is on 4th
and on the last its MOBILINK with 28 users out
of 200.
 Companies should more focus on Customer Relationship Management.
 UFONE is on the top in our study just because, they have targeted the youth, also they are
offering very low call rates
 MOBILINK is top in retaining customers, as seen in the research the users of MOBILINK
don’t want to switch to any other network because they are loyal to their network
MOBILINK.
 UFONE was rated highly just because of their excellent services and cheap rates.
 Customers Satisfaction always help any firm to grow, it’s just like one loses customers
and other get them.
 MOBILINK should more focus on customer satisfaction, they should offer more lower
call rates and try to focus more on youth as they are big in numbers as users.
 Placing a product or package on right time is always helpful to get competitive edge.
 Quality of service and the ability to attract and retain customers dictate the success or
failure of next-generation communications service providers.
